Event Details:

DATE: Friday, February 27, 2026 (It is the month of February and a great place for us to start… you’ll see 🥰)

TIME: 1:00 p.m.-2:30 p.m. EST

TECHNOLOOGY: Virtual/ZOOM - You’ll be sent a link once you complete your registration

GROUP SIZE: Who knows?!! Maybe it will be a small intimate group, or perhaps it will bust the capacity of my Zoom Room. 🤷🏻‍♀️

FORMAT: As your host and facilitator, I will prompt you with introspective questions for each round of this inaugaral West Michigan networking event. Since it is February, I mean, really, how can the theme not be related to the heart. Not corny. Empowering!!! Once you have your prompt, you will head into break-out rooms to explore your responses with other women leaders! Kind of like speed dating with a twist… SPEED NETWORKING! Be ready to connect and collect( names), with pen and paper in hand. You will meet women who fall under many categories—friend, mentor, protégé, inspiring, partner, sounding board, advisor, resource. Go in open-minded and explore the amazing women leaders of West Michigan!

More about ME…

I’ve been working with West Michigan leaders for 20+ years—individuals, leadership teams, groups, and audiences. It has been such fulfillng work, and I am so grateful for all of the many transformations, relationships, and positive outcomes. Prior to this chapter, I was a corporate girl myself! I understand the issues.

I’m all about empowerment—working with already capable leaders who want to continue growing and transforming to be the best versions of themselves.

The LeadHERship Coaching Collective is an opportunity to bring like-minded women together for the purpose of growth and transformation.

This program is based on the theories and deep inner work taken from The Light Switch—plugging into your core power to transform how you lead, as well as the curriculum used in a highly effective women’s empowerment program, 2018-present. We dive into topics that shed light, offer perspective, shift thinking, and allow women to grow, BE, transform, and light up from the inside out. Individually. And with each other.

Available for women leaders in either a government or corporate program. Join in a small cohort of like-minded women who are ready to step into their power more fully. A group of sharp, talented women, ready to take their leadership and themselves, to the next level.
