SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS

Engaging. Inspiring. Real.

Crowd of people seated in a large auditorium with multiple tiers of seating, attending an event or conference.

I bring my whole self to every speaking engagement, leveraging my business expertise, leadership development, and the many personal and professional experiences.

Audiences love my energy and vulnerability. With insight, intuition, and the gift of a storyteller, I will share insightful concepts, stories, and easily implemented techniques and strategies. Having been the only woman in the room (numerous times) and successfully navigating and performing within Fortune 500 companies herself, I inspire participants to dig deeper, reflect on their leadership journey, and do the work of transformation.

Because my goal is to be upfront and real, communicate intentionally, and lead authentically. As a result, individuals and organizations thrive.

  • This session focuses on a core principle within The Light Switch framework. The reason leaders often falter in achieving strategic and operational goals is revealed and calls for a commitment to Whole Leadership. The Authentic Self is the foundation, the work of identity, self-awareness, and presence. The Operational Self is the daily practice, how leaders make decisions, communicate, and manage. The Strategic Self is the vision, how leaders think, influence, and shape the future through people. Together, these layers build Whole Leaders who are both effective and deeply authentic.

  • Leadership isn’t about dominance, it’s about wholeness. Be a Whole Leader, Not an A Hole Leader explores the overreliance on traditional masculine agentic traits like control, competition, and command, which can block authenticity and connection. Through humor, insight, and real-life stories, participants learn to balance drive with empathy, pair assertiveness with self-awareness, and match strength with presence.

  • Change starts with a mindset shift. How you think precedes strategy. This interactive talk helps leaders recognize limiting patterns, reframe challenges, and adopt a growth mindset that fuels innovation, adaptability, and resilience, while providing a framework for implementation.

  • In times of uncertainty, people look to leaders for steadiness and vision. In this session, we shift from false bravado and manufactured confidence to courage and authentic confidence. This is the kind of leadership that naturally inspires followership. Leaders learn to risk vulnerability while navigating the unknown with transparency and authenticity, strengthening self-awareness and self-trust in the process.

  • Truly connecting and influencing others drops to 25-50 percent if leaders only communicating from their own perspective. In this session the innovative, fun, and effective B.A.N.K. model is introduced. This simple values-based tool expands leaders’ understanding of how others are wired, communicate, and make decisions. Participants learn to recognize various styles, adapting their approach for maximum impact, build trust quickly, and navigatingate tough conversations. Through stories and examples, the code of communication is unlocked. FInd out how to positively impact every interaction.

  • This talk is about decoding the secret code! What’s really behind the miscommunications between genders (yes, we’re speaking in generalities)? How do we sometimes get in our own way? Knowledge is power, and it is time to unravel this long-ignored, not-so-politically-correct topic. You’ll leave with sharper awareness of what is being said, and not said, when “they” are in the room (whoever “they” is). Decipher what’s really happening, reclaim your power, and make more informed choices about how you show up, find balance, and lead with confidence.

  • Every organization has a culture. The question is whether or not it is intentional. In this session leaders are invited to look inward, get grounded, and ensure their culture reflects where they want to go. Healthy cultures are formed by leaders who are authentic and aligned, shaped by intentional values and shared identity. When leaders operate from their core, their clarity and presence instills trust, integrity, and accountability, creating an environment where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to thrive.

  • True authentic leadership begins on the inside. This session explores what that really entails—the habits, mindsets, and emotional agility that builds confidence, resilience, and authenticity. This general topic will be refined with an understanding of the client’s needs/goals. Participants examine their core, identify barriers, and apply practical leadership models and tools to lead as the best versions of themselves. Based in part on The Light Switch.

  • Based on Heidi Frye’s book The Light Switch, this keynote illuminates how leaders plug into their core power, transforming challenges and leadership struggles into confidence, and authentic influence. Through real stories and vivid metaphors, Heidi shows that leadership is not about switching on more power but about changing its source. True power is already within, and this session helps leaders access it. Audiences leave energized, grounded, and ready to lead with authentic presence and confidence.

  • Conflict isn’t the problem—avoidance is. In this session we reframe conflict as a leadership skill, helping participants navigate tension productively and with emotional intelligence, curiosity, and calm authority. By leaning into courage and fresh perspectives, leaders transform friction into trust, growth, and forward momentum

  • True power emanates from within. From the core. In this session, leaders are invited to reclaim their voice, presence, and authority, expanding their confidence, intuition, connection, and balance. By flexing the core muscles highlighted in The Whole Leader Workout from The Light Switch, leaders learn to lead authentically from inner strength, creating influence and confidence that inspires. The outcome: Whole Leaders who stand fully in their power.

NOTE: This program is the basis of the LeadHERship Coaching Collective: Stepping into Her Power program

  • Teams thrive when differences are understood, respected, and leveraged. This session helps participants move beyond frustration and judgment to see one another more clearly. Gaining new awareness of both personality and core identity transforms problems into opportunities. By rising above reactivity and embracing fresh perspectives, people learn to extend trust, value diverse approaches, and turn tension into collaboration. The result is creativity, connection, and collective strength.

  • This session brings the concept of whole leadership to life, developing the emotional, operational, and strategic dimensions of leadership so that effectiveness and authenticity merge. It’s when leadership moves from doing to being.
