September 2026 Program Description
This program is designed for women who have completed the 16/50 Project, Stepping Into Her Power, or the Women’s Elected Leaders Intensive. You’re capable, know the basic concepts, and are ready to take this next step in your leadership development journey! You’ll be in a small cohort with like-minded women, supported and led by a professional coach.
Her Ceiling is Now Her Floor builds on the foundation established in those earlier programs, offering an advanced experience focused on refinement, strategy, and integration. Integration is typically very challenging when you go back to real life, juggling all the things and spinning all the plates. The goal is to have you integrate while in the program.
Together, we explore areas like mindset, communication patterns, and behaviors that can limit potential, even in accomplished leaders, and replace them with new perspectives, learnings, assessments, and models for sustained growth. The small group size and extra time allotment gives us the opportunity to engage/discuss, reflect, interact, and move forward intentionally.

This program is designed for women leaders who are ready to elevate themselves and their leadership. It’s for those who value high-level concepts, professional coaching, peer-driven insight, and the opportunity to move beyond what has held them back. With a personal commitment to excellence and growth, over a six month period, participants refine their strategy, deepen self-awareness, and learn to lead with confidence and decisiveness.
It’s a development space built for women who are done playing small and ready to step forward with clarity, strength, and intention.

Program Details
Format: Virtual
Length: Six months
Cohort Size: Small cohort - max 12 participants
Sessions:
12 live group coaching sessions
Two 2-hour sessions per month
An exclusive one-on-one private coaching session
Recordings will be available if sessions are missed
Schedule:
Session are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month
Session times are 9:00-11:00 a.m. EST
September 9th & 23rd, October 14th & 28th, November 11th & 25th, December 9th & 23rd, January 13th & 27th, February 10th & 24th

Regularly $4,000/September 2026 - $3000
You’re already capable. Are you ready to take yourself and your leadership to the next level? It is time to continue what we started in the previous program(s). The expanded session time allows us to discuss new topics and learning, figure out how it fits into our day-to-day, identify what is holding us back, and clear those issues out of the backpack (the ceiling is now your floor!).
Enrollment includes interactive sessions, advanced education/topics, a private coaching bonus, and space to address real-world challenges and opportunities.Participants have access to follow-up materials, curated resources, and a private group platform for continued connection and accountability.
