In September 2026, this 6-month program continues what we’ve already started, while focusing more intently on you. Sharpening your leadership, expanding your presence, growing your confidence, and providing more tools! All while connecting with women who understand the unique demands of local government.

Her Ceiling Is Now Her Floor is a continuation of the work that began with Stepping Into Her Power or the 16/50 Project—designed for women leaders who are ready to move beyond familiar territory, step into a more expansive version of their leadership, and continue their own growth journey. This advanced experience creates space to think more strategically, examine the internal and external patterns that shape your impact, and refine how you lead as responsibilities grow. Individually, and with a small cohort of equally committed peers, we do the deeper, higher-level work that supports clarity, influence, and leadership that feels intentional, grounded, and true to who you are becoming.
