This page is your go-to space for all things related to our journey together. You’ll find program updates, replays, resources, exercise/homework suggestions — as of January 13th, the participant roster, (more on this below). I’ll continue to add new content here as the series unfolds, so be sure to check-in/refresh your page regularly!

Maintain confidentiality — What’s shared in the space, stays in the space(!!!). Trust is foundational to this work.
Be open and courageous — Vulnerability is welcomed. Show up as your full, imperfect, powerful self!
Be on time — Sessions start at 9:00 a.m. EST and your presence matters.
Be consistent — The value of this experience grows with your shared commitment over time
Honor the group — If you can’t attend, please send a message to your collective peers (contact info will be shared at kickoff)
Be present — Minimize distractions, close other tabs, and treat this like protected time (please let us know if you are using multpile screens, typing, etc.)
Engage thoughtfully — Listen fully, speak authentically, and support one another with care (please no email while waiting your turn!)
Withhold judgment — We’re all in different places in our leadership journey. Assume best intentions and embrace curiosity.
Stay open — New insights, perspectives, and ways of leading may stretch you. That’s part of the process.
Keep the momentum going — Take time between sessions to reflect and/or journal, try on new insights, engage in homework suggestions, and revisit the questions that challenge or inspire you. If you missed the session, please access the vido recording to stay current on the topics.
We’re building something powerful together — and while we hold each other to these expectations, we also hold space for grace, knowing that life happens.

Honor the collective: Your presence matters! For the sake of your coaching collective peers and the shared experience, please commit to attending each session. If you’re unable to make it, please send a quick message to the group (emails will be provided once the program begins).
🕘 Session Time & Location
We’ll meet from 9:00–11:00 a.m. EST via Zoom.

Please be on time so we can start together and make the most of our shared time.
The Zoom waiting room will be open 5 minutes before each session, to allow time for you to settle in.
🎁 Your Bonus 1:1 Coaching Session
As part of your participation in the LeadHERship Coaching Collective, you’re invited to schedule a private 60-minute coaching session with me, at your convenience — a space just for you to focus on whatever feels most meaningful.
A few ideas:
Go deeper on something that came up in session
Get support with a leadership challenge
Clean out your “backpack” — release what’s weighing you down so you can lead with more clarity and energy
Explore a specific goal, decision, or area of growth
Simply reflect and reconnect with your “why”
📅 Scheduling
Please email me directly to schedule your private session anytime after our program midpoint — between APril and the end of June. I will accommodate each of your date/time requests as best as I can. Sessions must be completed by June 30, 2026—make-up sessions will not be available beyond that date.
This time is for you — no expectations, no prep work, just space to focus on what matters most…YOU
📌 Participation Notes
To help you get the most out of the LeadHERship Coaching Collective experience:
Bring your leadership journal (or a notebook you love) to every session—A writing utensil might also be useful 😉
Be camera-ready — cameras will be on to create connection and presence
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can be fully present
Rather than using the digital “raise hand” feature, feel free to simply raise your hand on camera — the group size is intentional so I can see and call on you directly
You are welcome to use the chat for quick shares, link, or encouragement
The session will be recorded for playback/your convenience (shared wtih nobody else!). IF, while in the session and on camera, you would like to discuss something you do not want recorded (it happens, and is perfectly acceptable!), merely start your comment with “can we pause the recording?” - DONE! We will unpause afterward and resume the recording.
If the group is greater than 8, mute your microphone when a participant has the floor
If you are muted, you’ll be prompted to unmute when it’s time for open dialogue or group reflection — think of it like a classroom with open microphones

📋 Participant Roster – Posted After January 13th
The roster will be shared after our first session — and that’s intentional.
I want you to meet one another with fresh eyes and open hearts — without the urge to prep, research, or assume. There’s real value in stepping into the unknown and trusting yourself to connect authentically, without needing all the details up front.
We’ll begin by experiencing each other as we are, in real time — and the names and details will follow soon after.

⏰ Time:
I’m committing to a morning slot: 9:00-11:00 a.m. EST. However, if enough of you want to join, I’d love to offer an alternate 3:00-5:00 p.m. EST option as well!
If both time slots are available, I’ll do my best to accommodate preferences based on schedules, availability, and the order in which requests came in.
Since this is the first offering to this select group, there’s a little flexibility built in as we find the best rhythm together. I appreciate your input as we shape something truly valuable!
