CHARGING UP LEADERSHIP

Ultimately, you are first and foremost a leader of yourself. Leadership starts within. It begins with knowing yourself, stepping into your power, and becoming the best version of YOU—personally and professionally.

Through conversations with a wide variety of guests, we explore leadership, growth, communication, health and well-being, and the stories that shape us. I am especially drawn to stories of transformation—those moments when someone sees themselves differently, makes a courageous choice, or discovers what they are truly capable of.

My hope is that each episode leaves you with a new perspective, a fresh insight, or a little spark that helps charge you up from the inside out.
