September 2026 Program Description
I have spent the last 20 years partnering with leaders across the U.S., helping them grow and transform. My work with women in government began in 2016 (executive coaching), and I have been designing and delivering women-in-government programs/workshops since 2018.
This program is based on my unique approach to leadership development, combining the tactical with the transformative, and education & training with coaching. All designed to elevate executive presence, strengthen influence, refine leadership, and discover the powerful voice within.
G O A L S & O B J E C T I V E S
The foundation of this program is rooted in supporting women serving in state & local government as they step into roles demanding more. More clarity, confidence, and courage. This very intentional development space has been created so women leaders take time to reflect on their identity, strengthen their presence, and grow their confidence in a small supportive cohort.
We flow in and out of facilitated coaching moments, relevant topics, models, education, perspectives, introspection, and group discussion—all designed to help participants become the best versions of themselves.

Program Details
Format: Virtual
Length: Four months
Cohort Size: Small cohort - max 12 participants
Sessions:
(2) 2 hour sessions monthly
Small cohort
One exclusive one-on-one private coaching session
Recordings will be available if sessions are missed
Digital copy of (and grounded in) "The Light Switch"
Schedule:
Program Start Date: September 9, 2026
Sessions are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month - Sept. 9 & 23, Oct. 14 & 28, Nov. 11 & 25, Dec. 9 & 23
Session times are 1:00-3:00 p.m. EST/12:00-2:00 p.m. CST/11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. MST/10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. PST
Private coaching session is available after the halfway point
